We make it our responsibility to ensure all of our clients are smiling and satisfied with the products we provide. All product sales are final and we are not accepting any returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. In the event you are having concerns about your received products please email us at info@latonyassecretcollections.com
We are not taking ownership to treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any disease. If you are under medical care, pregnant, or have any health problems you may want to talk to your doctor before using our natural skincare and beauty products. SPOT TEST all products before using. If an allergic reaction occurs Latonya’s Secret Collection cannot be liable as all products are for external use only. Be sure to read each ingredient before use.
Orders & Shipping
Order Processing takes 1-7 business days on all orders. Shipping can takes up to 3-7 business days on domestic orders. We do not ship Internationally at this time. Please be patient with your local postal service if your shipment has been delayed.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package was lost or stolen in route, please contact us along with your local USPS.
If your package is damaged by USPS, please contact us and your local USPS to discuss this concern.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you are responsible for shipping fees again. Invalid address changes can be made within 12 hours of your purchase by emailing info@latonyassecretcolleciton.com
You will receive your tracking number via email prior to being shipped. Please ensure that your email address is correct.
PLEASE NOTE: Warmer months can cause some of our delicate products to melting. Body butters and scrubs are prone to melting in warmer temperatures and can cause the texture to change, soften or even melt.
In the event this occurs, place products in the refrigerator to allow them to harden.
